Return policy for online orders


Can I Return My Dress?

Yes, you can return your dress if:

  • You request a return within 5 days of receiving your dress. You can email us at: returns@marlasfashions.com
  • And the dress is unworn, unaltered, and has all original tags attached.

  • No, you can not return the dress if:

  • It’s marked as Final Sale.
  • It has signs of wear, such as makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, stains, snags, tears, or other damage.
  • If it was purchased in our Toronto Retail Store (all in-store purchases are final sale).
  • If it was purchased using Store Credit (Gift Card).



  • Your Return Options

    1. Refund:

    If you prefer a refund, we’ll return your money to the original payment method, but we will deduct a 30% restocking fee.

    This means if you paid $100 for the dress, you would receive $70 back. The restocking fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and restocking the item. Refunds do not include shipping fees you originally paid.


    2. Store Credit (Gift Card)

    Store credit (gift card) gives you the full value of your dress (excluding shipping) as a gift card to use on our website. For example, if your dress cost $100, you’ll receive $100 in store credit (gift card). The store credit (gift card) never expires and can be used for any future purchases.


    3. Exchange

    You can exchange your dress for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value. If the new dress costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.


    How To Return

    Email returns@marlasfashions.com within 5 days of receiving your dress (including weekends and holidays) to request a Return Authorization (RA#). 

    Once you receive your RA# via email, you must ship the dress within 5 business days using your own shipping method. Please note that the 5-day period is for shipping the dress and emailing us the tracking number.

    Important

    If the dress is shipped beyond the 5-day window or without obtaining a Return Authorization (RA beforehand, the package will be rejected at our warehouse and returned to the customer at their expense.




    Damaged Items

    Please note that all dresses go through a thorough quality check before shipping and are carefully packed in a sealed plastic bag to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

In the rare event your dress has any flaws or issues, please email hello@marlasfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damages on the dress



  • International Orders

    International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes associated with their purchase.




    Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 5 hours it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies.

  • Credit Refunds Timeline

    Once we receive the dress back at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your payment method.

    Found a better price? We’ll match it AND give you an extra $10 off — let us know before you place your order.


    Email us at hello@marlasfashions.com before ordering and provide details of the lower price online.

    The dress must be in stock and available in your size and color for immediate shipping.
