United States: All packages are shipped via UPS and will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, UPS will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. UPS will not be able to leave the package.

International: All packages are shipped via DHL and will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, DHL will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. DHL will not be able to leave the package.

RETURNS:

Refunds: Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund LESS 10% Restocking Fee and Shipping.

Return requests must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.
