WHAT ARE THE LENGTHS OF THE DRESSES?

All Most of the long dresses are 58" to 60" (inches) in length.

DO THE DRESSES RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

The dresses are made usually one size smaller. We always recommend going one size up.

I AM CONFUSED WHAT SIZE TO ORDER

We know how stressful it can be to figure out the right size for your perfect dress.

Follow these easy steps:

1. Measure Bust, Waist, and Hips

2. Compare it to the Size Chart of that Product (Each Product has a different Size Chart)

3. If you are in between sizes - For instance: Based on bust - your size is 6 and based on Waist your size is 10. Then it is better to go with a size 10 and take in the bust.

DO THE STORES CARRY ALL OF THE DRESSES THAT I SEE ONLINE?

We wish, but our stores are not that big enough yet. Please CONTACT US to check styles and sizes that you would like to see in store.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES & CANADA?

We ship Worldwide. If you do not see your country in the Dropdown Menu for "Ship to Country" in checkout, CONTACT US and let us know.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

For General Shipping: It takes 7 to 12 Business Days (Excluding Holidays)

For Expedited Shipping: It takes 4 to 6 Business Days (Excluding Holidays)

*There is a 24 Hour Processing once the order is placed - This not included in the above Range Date)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We really, truly hope that you have fallen in LOVE with your dress and you do not want to take it off! But, if you are not happy, we accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange (100% of your purchase) or a Refund (less 10% restocking fee)!

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR REFUND?

Super Easy Return Policy:
1.
Contact Us within 5 days of receiving your package for a RA# (Return Authorization #)
2. Once you receive the RA#, you have 5 days to send us back the package (All tags must be on the item). We do need a tracking # when you are shipping it back to us
3. We will then provide a refund (less 10% restocking fee and less shipping cost) within 5 days of receiving your product
What if I have a late return?
If you are returning an item after 5 days, MarlasFashions will provide a store credit (less shipping)

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

You will receive an email as to where to return your order once you email us at hello@marlasfashions.com for a RA#.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

MarlasFashions processes all refunds (less 10% off and shipping) the same day we receive your order. It takes about 4 to 7 business days for the refund to be seen in your account

HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

We provide you with an electronic gift card that you can use online or in store.

WHEN DOES THE STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

The Store Credit does not expire.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive a tracking number via Email once we ship it out of our warehouse.
