We ship to over 122 countries and counting.

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. You will only receive one confirmation email however; you will receive two order shipped emails with tracking information of 2 separate packages.
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Orders:
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 7 - 10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Orders can be changed within 5 hours from when you submit your order during regular business hours.

You will receive a tracking number via Email after 1-2 business days of placing your order.
USA and Canada:
General Shipping: It takes 7 - 12 Business Days (excluding holidays)
Expedited Shipping: It takes 4 - 6 Business Days (excluding holidays)
*There is a 24 hour processing time once the order is placed - this is not included in the above range.
International:
Shipping takes from 7-12 Business Days from our California, USA warehouse. The shipping carriers used are DHL or UPS.
It can take up to 30 mins to receive your Order Confirmation email after the order is placed. If not received, please be sure to double check your spam folder.

1. Refund – minus a 30% restocking fee
2. Exchange – swap for a different size or style
3. 100% Store Credit – no restocking fee and store credit never expires!
We want your experience to be stress-free and easy.
Return Policy Details (Canada & U.S. and International):
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Example:
If your dress costs $300:
- You'll receive a $210 refund (after 30% restocking fee)
- or choose 100% store credit ($300) to use anytime — no expiry, no fee
- Or request an exchange for a different style or size
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale Dresses
- Dresses that have been altered
- Dresses that have been partially paid

Yes! We’re happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size, color, or style — we want you to find the perfect dress.
Here’s how it works:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing: returns@marlasfashions.com
- The dress must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Once we receive your return, we'll ship out the new item.
If the new item is more expensive, you’ll simply pay the difference.
If the new item is less expensive, the difference will be issued as store credit, which never expires.
If the size or style you want is unavailable, you can choose:
✅ 100% Store Credit (no restocking fee)
✅ Or a Refund (minus a 30% restocking fee)

Returning your dress is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Submit a Return Request
Email us at: returns@marlasfashions.com within 7 days of receiving your order. - Please include the following in the email:
- Your Order Number
- Your Return Option
You can select one of our 3 flexible return options:

3. Ship the Item Back
After your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the item back.
- The dress must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Get Refunded, Credited, or Exchanged within 3–5 business days.

Product Info
Special occasion dresses typically run smaller than everyday clothing because they are designed with minimal stretch to create a more structured, tailored fit. Most are made with formal fabrics like satin, tulle, lace, or chiffon, which offer little to no flexibility.
We highly recommend checking the size chart for each brand, and if you’re between sizes, sizing up for the best fit. It’s also completely normal for formal dresses to require minor alterations.
For your convenience, Marlas offers an Alterations Department that provides video consultations to help alter the dress according to your specifications. This service is available for an additional charge.
Most of our long dresses are between 58" to 60" inches in length, measured from the top of the shoulder down to the hem.
Special occasion dresses are intentionally made longer to accommodate different heights and to pair with high heels. This also allows flexibility for customers to tailor the dress to their perfect length. It’s very common for formal dresses to require hemming.
To make the process easier, Marlas offers an Alterations Department with video consultations, where our team can guide you on how to alter your dress according to your exact measurements and needs. This service is offered for an additional charge.
We completely understand — figuring out the right size for a special occasion dress can feel overwhelming. Follow these simple steps to help choose the best fit:
- Take your Measurements – Measure your bust, waist, and hips.
- Check the Size Chart – Each dress has its own unique size chart, so make sure to check the one listed on the product page.
- If Between Sizes – For example, if your bust suggests a size 6 but your waist suggests a size 10, it's always better to choose the larger size (size 10) and alter the areas that are too big.
- Alterations are Normal – It’s completely normal for special occasion dresses to require alterations since they are designed to fit various body types.

Using your Store Credit or Digital Gift Card is simple!
- At checkout, enter the unique code from your store credit or gift card into the “Promo Code” box.
- The amount will automatically be deducted from your total.
- If your purchase is more than the gift card/store credit amount, you can pay the remaining balance with any other payment method.
- If your order total is less, the remaining balance stays on the gift card/store credit for future use.

Your Store Credit or Digital Gift Card code is sent to you by email.
- Look for an email from MarlasFashions.com with the subject line: “Your Store Credit” or “Your Digital Gift Card.”
- The email contains a unique code that you can enter at checkout under “Gift Card or Discount Code.”

Store Credit and Digital Gift Cards never expire.
You can use them anytime, on any order at MarlasFashions.com. There are no blackout dates, fees, or expiration limits.
