Opt for low fat Greek yogurt with berries for the right mix of lean protein and fiber. Greek yogurt is one of the best source of diet especially if you want a Fiber rich foods. There are a lot of ways to recreate Greek yogurt and Berries, you can create a smoothie or an alternative Chia pudding by adding some Chia seeds, yogurt, and berries for a Fiber rich meal after a long workout.


3. Drink Water

Aim to drink 100 ounces of water a day to keep your body hydrated and your metabolism running optimally. Drinking water is an essential need for our bodies, even more so when you are on a diet or following a work-out regime, always drink 8 glasses everyday to keep your body working effectively during your work-out routines.
