Return policy for online orders
We offer a 5-day return policy for eligible items ordered online. Items marked as final sale are not returnable. Any order could be subject to a final sale at the discretion of Marlas Fashions; some examples might be multiple dress orders or customers with a high return rate. All in-store Purchases are Final Sales.
We offer 3 return options for eligible online orders:
- You can return your dress for online merchandise credit in the full amount less shipping.
- You can return your dress for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee (Store Credit does not expire).

Return requirements for online orders
- You must request a return within 5 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays).
- Dresses must be shipped back to us. Shipping labels are not provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale are not returnable.
- The original dress must be shipped back within 5 business days (postmarked within 5 days) from the time you are given an RA#.
The fine print
- Merchandise credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise. It cannot be used towards shipping costs. Balances on merchandise credits are not redeemable in cash.
- All internet orders must be handled through internet customer service not at our brick-and-mortar location.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
- Anything postmarked after 5 business days an RA is given or without an RA will not be accepted.
- The dress must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached.
- Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded.
Please take care when trying on your items. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear.
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact hello@marlasfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Description of damages/issue
- Clear photo(s) of the damaged item and inner and outer package
INTERNATIONAL
Returns and Refunds
Returns
All International orders purchased through marlasfashions.com may be returned within 5 days of your order’s delivery date. All apparel must be in new, unworn condition and all original tags attached. Items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. International orders are not eligible for exchange. Request for all International returns must be emailed to: returns@marlasfashions.com.
Delivery and clearance costs for the delivery of the product or return of the product are not reimbursable or refundable.
Duties and Taxes are non-refundable. Title and risk to the returned items will not transfer back until such items physically arrive back at our returns facility. You are responsible for filing all drawback claims for duty and taxes for any returned items. The amount of duties and taxes applied depends on the value of the order and the destination country/location.
Please refer to the return amount eligible on the return portal to see the expected return amount due.
For all Returns:
- Any original shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid are non-refundable.
- Only send back items after first creating your return/exchange in our Returns Center. Items shipped back to us without an RMA.
- Items without the original tags will not be processed for returns or exchanges - no exceptions.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from when your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
- We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.
- Large or oversized return packages may be subject to additional shipping fees for which the customer will be responsible.
- Please take care when trying on your items. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear.
- Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchanges.
- Marlas Fashions is not responsible for return shipments that include items not corresponding to Marlas Fashions. In such cases, Marlas Fashions disclaims any liability for the return and will not be accountable for the associated shipping costs.
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact hello@marlasfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Description of damages/issue
- Clear photo(s) of the damaged item and inner and outer package
Providing this information will assist us in filing a swift investigation.
Refunds
Duties and Taxes are not refundable. You will be fully responsible for claiming back any Duties and Taxes from the applicable authorities. The invoice sent with your order has all necessary information on duty and tax payment included, no matter what the process of payment was thereof to the extent possible in cases of returns or any other eligible circumstances.
For returned international items, it can take up to 21 business days to process your refund to your original payment method as the below steps must be followed:
- Shipping time back to our warehouse
- Processing and inspection for refund approval
- Authorization/processing of the refund to issue a refund
- Bank processing time after we have issued the refund
If your refund has not been processed within the 21 business days from when you shipped it, please send us the tracking number for your refund so that we can investigate further at hello@marlasfashions.com.
Credit card refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for funds to be credited back to your payment method.
Price Match:
If you find a lower price for any non-sale dress that we carry online prior to placing an order, we will match that price on your order. Call us before placing an order to tell us where we can find the current dress at a lower price on another site. Any Price Match dresses sold will follow our sale policy which is non-returnable. The price match must be an online advertised price; it cannot be from brick-and-mortar pricing.
- Dress must be shown on a website that is a US or Canadian-based authorized retailer of the dress.
- Offer is not valid if the dress is shown as “sale,” “clearance,” “special,” or an auction site.
- Shipping charges will be considered when looking at a lower price.
- This offer cannot be used with any other discount, coupon, or special offer.
- The site must have the item in stock in size and color that you are ordering available for immediate shipping.
