A: MarlasFashions does not offer a catalog. But do not worry, you can always check out and order styles on our website.

Q: What are the lengths of your dresses?

A: Most of our long dresses are 58" - 60" in length. We are unable to add extra length to the dresses or customize them to a shorter length. But the best thing to do is order the dress and alter the length to your specifications...super easy!

Q: What is the fabric of your dresses?

A: We list the fabric of the dress on each of the dresses's product page. If you can not find it or need more information, don't worry! We loving hearing your voice and wanna help!! Please give us a shout by checking out our Contact Us Page.

Q: Do your products run true to size?

A: Each dress is made differently, so check out the size chart on the dress page that you are looking at for the right sizing information.

Q: I see the size chart and I am so CONFUSED on what size to order. How do I know the best size for myself?

A: We know how stressful it can be to figure out the right size for your perfect dress. Please follow these easy steps: Measure your Bust, Waist, and Hips and compare it to the size chart of that particular dress. Each dress has its own size chart. We carry many different brands that all have different always check out the size chart of that particular dress.

Q: Help me!!! I Love a dress but I am in between sizes. Which size should I go for?

A: Ok, lets take a deep breath..we have all gone through this...But seriously, what the Frock?!?!? We always try to post in the description if an item runs on the smaller end or is true to size. But if we did not post anything, we do recommend fitting your largest size and having the item altered if necessary.

Q: I have finally found the perfect dress, but does it come in another color?

A: Some of the styles that we carry do come in multiple colors. Majority of them are already posted. But if you do not see a color that your heart is set on....just Contact Us. We can always double check with the manufacturer to see if they have color you are looking for.

Q: I have finally found the perfect dress but is the color the same as what I see on the screen?

A. Colors are not always the same as to what you see on the screen because everyone has different screen resolutions.

Q: There is a dress that I like but I do not see it on MarlasFashions. Can MarlasFashions do special orders?

A: MarlasFashions only sells what is available on our website. We also do not make custom dresses in house, so we can not make any changes to the dress. They are sold as is on MarlasFashions.

But wait, there is some GOOD news!!! If there is a certain style that you are madly in love with, Contact Us and email us a picture of the dress. Our little dress elves will scour our database to see if we have something similar to it!

Q: I wanna actually see the dress in person so that I can try it on. Do you have a store location?

A: Yes we have a store!! And not just 1 but 3 to help you find your perfect dress for that special moment!! Please Click on Our Stores for the address and directions

Q: Does your store carry all of the dresses that I see online for me to try on?

A: We wish but our store is not that big enough yet :(( Please Contact Us to check stock if you are looking for a specific item to actually try on.

Q: How long will it take to get my package?

A: If your dress is in stock, it will ship out within 2 business days from our warehouse. It will arrive at your doorstep depending on your shipping method. If your perfect dress is not in stock, it will arrive within 2 weeks. Regardless, we will always notify you via email as to the status of your dress.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We really, truly hope that you have fallen in LOVE with your dress and you do not want to take it off! But, if you are not happy, we accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange (100% of your purchase) or a Refund (less 10% restocking fee)!

Q: How long do I have to return my item for a Refund?

A: Super Easy Return Policy:
1. Contact Us within 5 days of receiving your package for a RA# (Return Authorization #)
2. Once you receive the RA#, you have 5 days to send us back the package (All tags must be on the item). We do need a tracking # when you are shipping it back to us
3. We will then provide a refund (less 10% restocking fee and less shipping cost) within 5 days of receiving your product
What if I have a late return?
If you are returning an item after 5 days, MarlasFashions will provide a store credit (less shipping)

Q: How do I return my order?

A: You will receive an email as to where to return your order once you email us for a RA#.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

A: MarlasFashions processes all refunds (less 10% off and shipping) the same day we receive your order. It takes about 4 to 7 business days for the refund to be seen in your account

A: We provide you with an electronic gift card that you can use online or in store.

A: The Store Credit does not expire.
