Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00pm EST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm EST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. If you do need your dress sooner, please contact us: 1-866-746-7145.

Please note that some Designer Brands have longer processing and shipping times such as Scala, Alyce Paris, Jessica Angel, and Atria. Refer to the product page descriptions for details.

Your dress will be shipping out from our Toronto, Canada Warehouse - No Duty & Additional Fees will be added.

  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
  • Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages.
  • Your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.We are unable to change the address or reroute packages once shipped. 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We ship via Canada Post -  If a customer wants to use a different courier service - they will have to pay for the shipping charge.
  • Should your item arrive damaged, please contact returns@marlasfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email: order number, description of damages/issue, clear photo(s) of the damaged item and inner and outer package.
  • You have 5 hours to cancel, change the size, color or style of dress otherwise no changes can be made.
