General Shipping Notes for all Customers:

Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• After ordering a dress from Marlas Fashions a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided.
  
• Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
  
• You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
  
• Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages.
  
• Your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.We are unable to change the address or reroute packages once shipped. 
  
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. 
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  

DELAYS

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, occasional shipping delays can occur. If you're ordering for a specific event or special occasion, we highly recommend ordering well in advance to allow time for delivery and fitting.

BALLGOWN ORDERS

Ballgown orders may be subject to additional shipping, determined during order processing. If additional shipping charges apply, our team will contact you with options before finalizing your order.
