Returns and Exchange Policy
Canada and US Return Policy:
Items purchased through MarlasFashions.com may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receiving your dress.

Items can be returned for a refund less 30% Return Fee.
If you prefer a refund, we’ll return your money to the original payment method, but we will deduct a 30% return fee.
This means if you paid $100 for the dress, you would receive $70 back. The return fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and returning the item. Refunds do not include shipping fees you originally paid.

Items can be returned for a full Store Credit less shipping cost.
If you prefer a Store Credit (Digital Gift Card) - this gives you the full value of your dress (excluding shipping) as a gift card to use on our website. For example, if your dress cost $100, you’ll receive $100 in store credit (Digital Gift Card). The Store Credit (Digital Gift Card) never expires and can be used for any future purchases.

Items can be exchanged for a different color, size or style.
If exchanging for a completely new dress, we are pleased to offer one free exchange per order. If the new dress costs less than the actual price then remaining balance will be put into a store credit. If the new dress is higher than the previous dress - customer is responsible for paying for the difference. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for both ways.
Kindly allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return is delivered.
General Returns and Exchange Notes for all Customers:
- Only send back items after first emailing: returns@marlasfashions.com. You must include:
- Order Number
- Items that you wish to return and which option you would like (Refund less 30% Return Fee, 100% Store Credit, or Exchange)
We will then provide an RA# which you must include inside the box.
- Items shipped back to us without an RMA will not be processed — no exceptions.
- Dresses without original tags will not be processed for returns or exchanges - no exceptions.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from when your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
- We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.
- Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Please take care when trying on your items. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear.
- Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or product.
Damaged Items
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact returns@marlasfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Description of damages/issue
- Clear photo(s) of the damaged item and inner and outer package
If you contact us outside of 24 hours and the Return window of 5 business days - this dress is considered a Final Sale.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 5 hours it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our return policies.
Price Match Guarantee
Found a better price? We will match it and give you an extra $10 off - let us know before placing your order. Email us at hello@marlasfashions.com before ordering and provide the following details:
- Style Number of the dress from MarlasFashions.com
- Link for competitor website where it shows the lower price online
- City and Province that you would like the dress shipped to
Key Details:
- Price Matches are for online advertised prices only. We do not price match with prices found in competitor physical stores.
- The landed price of the dress will be matched (shipping costs and duty and freight if applicable) are included in the price comparison.
- The dress must be available on a US or Canadian retailer’s website at a lower advertised price. The dress must be in stock and available in your size and color for immediate shipping.
- Not valid for items marked as “sale” or “clearance” or on Auction Sites.
International return policy:
All International orders purchased through MarlasFashions.com may be returned within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All apparel must be in new, unworn condition and all original tags attached.
All returns are subject to a 30% Return Fee. The 30% Return Fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all international returns.
Delivery and clearance costs for the delivery of the product or return of the product are not reimbursable or refundable.
For goods sold to all other countries/locations: customer is responsible for filing all drawback claims for duty and taxes for any returned items. The amount of duties and taxes applied depends on the value of the order and the destination country/location.
For all Returns:
- Any original shipping charges, duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
- Only send back items after first requesting for an RA# (Return Authorization #) via email.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from when your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
- We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity. Large or oversized return packages may be subject to additional shipping fees for which the customer will be responsible.
- Please take care when trying on your items. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear.
