Canada and US Return Policy:

Items purchased through MarlasFashions.com may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receiving your dress.

1. Our Easy & Flexible Returns:

We’re happy to offer returns for full store credit, giving you complete flexibility for future shopping.

If you choose Store Credit (Digital Gift Card), you’ll receive the full value of your dress (excluding shipping) to use on our website.
For example, if your dress was $100, you’ll receive a $100 Digital Gift Card.

Your store credit can be applied to any future purchase, so you can shop again whenever the moment is right 

2. Refund Option Available

We’re happy to offer a refund option for returned items.

If you choose a refund, the amount will be issued back to your original payment method. A 30% return processing fee is applied, which helps cover the costs of handling, inspection, and restocking.

For example, if your dress was $100, you would receive $70 refunded to your original form of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved

This option gives you flexibility while allowing us to continue offering a wide selection of styles and exceptional service.

3. Easy Exchanges Available

We’re happy to offer exchanges so you can find the perfect fit, color, or style.

You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or style. If you’re choosing a completely new dress, we’re pleased to offer one complimentary exchange per order.

Here’s how it works:

  • If the new dress is lower in price, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit
  • If the new dress is higher in price, you simply pay the difference
  • Shipping costs for both directions are the responsibility of the customer

This exchange option gives you the freedom to find the dress that feels just right for your special moment ✨ 

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. For your peace of mind, responsibility for the shipment transfers once the return package has been shipped and tracking information is provided. We recommend keeping your tracking details until your return is fully processed, as we’re unable to assume responsibility for packages that are lost or not delivered after shipment.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

To ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please follow the steps below:

Before sending anything back, kindly email us at returns@marlasfashions.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your preferred option: 100% Store Credit, Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your email, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA#). Please be sure to include this number inside your return package.

For clarity:

  • Returns sent without an RA# cannot be processed
  • Items must be returned with original tags attached
  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements will be declined

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. You’ll receive an email update once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been completed.

Additional notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts in cases of unusual or excessive return activity
  • Please take care when trying on your items — garments returned with makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, stains, alterations, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange

Lastly, please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or style.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please contact us at returns@marlasfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist you.

In your email, kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item, including images of the inner and outer packaging

To ensure we can resolve the issue efficiently, damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and within our 5-business-day return window. Claims received outside of this timeframe will be considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once the 5-hour window has passed, the order is considered confirmed and will be handled in accordance with our standard return policy.

Price Match Guarantee 💕

Found a better price? We’ve got you covered.
If you see the same dress advertised for less, we’ll match the price and take an additional $10 off—just let us know before placing your order.

To request a price match, please email hello@marlasfashions.com with the following details:

  • Style number from MarlasFashions.com
  • Link to the competitor’s website showing the lower advertised price
  • City and province where the dress will be shipped

Important Details

  • Price matching applies to online advertised prices only (in-store prices are excluded)
  • We compare the total landed price, including shipping, duties, and freight (if applicable)
  • The dress must be in stock, available in your size and color, and ready for immediate shipping
  • Price matches are valid on US and Canadian retailer websites only
  • Not applicable to items marked sale, clearance, or prices found on auction sites

International Returns

We gladly accept international returns for orders placed on MarlasFashions.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, all items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached.

Please note the following for international orders:

  • A 30% return processing fee applies to all international returns and will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S., customers are responsible for claiming any duty or tax refunds (drawbacks) directly with their local customs authority, if applicable

Duties and taxes are assessed based on the order value and destination country, and may vary by location.

To maintain the quality of our garments, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage, including makeup or deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other form of damage.
