If your dress was $100, you’ll receive a $100 store credit, excluding original shipping charges.

75% Refund

Prefer a refund? Receive 75% of the eligible dress value back to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued after your return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Easy Exchanges

Need another size, color, or style? We’re happy to help you find the right dress.

Eligible items may be exchanged for:

• Another size

• Another color

• A completely different style

We offer one complimentary exchange per order.

If your new dress costs more, you simply pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery before sending your dress back.

• Your order number

• The item you would like to return or exchange

• Your preferred option: 100% Store Credit, 75% Refund, or Exchange

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return instructions.

Please do not send merchandise back without authorization, as returns received without an RA# cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, dresses must be returned in their original, new, and unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Please take care when trying on your dress. We are unable to accept items showing signs of wear or damage, including:

• Makeup or deodorant marks

• Perfume, smoke, or other odors

• Stains

• Pet hair

• Missing or removed tags

• Alterations

• Snags, rips, or tears

• Any other signs that the garment has been worn or used

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping & Processing

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise confirmed by our team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

You’ll receive confirmation once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been completed.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Duties and taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law

• Large or oversized packages may incur additional return-shipping costs

• We reserve the right to restrict returns or deactivate accounts in cases of unusual or excessive return activity

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for a refund, store credit, size exchange, color exchange, or style exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind shortly after ordering?

Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the 5-hour cancellation window, the order is considered confirmed and will be subject to our standard return policy.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

International returns must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

A 20% international return processing fee applies and will be deducted from the eligible merchandise refund.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance, and related charges are non-refundable by Marlas Fashions

• Where available, customers may apply directly to their local customs authority for a refund or drawback of duties or taxes

International returns must also receive a Return Authorization (RA#) before being shipped back.

Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

Special Orders & Custom Requests

We’re happy to accommodate special requests, including certain style modifications, special orders, and custom designs, whenever possible.

Because these pieces are ordered or created specifically for you, all special-request and customized orders are Final Sale and non-refundable.

• Sale, clearance, marketplace, and auction listings are excluded

Eligible price adjustments may also be requested within 5 days of purchase, subject to verification and availability.
