portia-and-scarlett-xo314
Portia and Scarlett XO314 Glitter Corset Halter V-Neck Fitted Gown with Train

About the Dress: Portia and Scarlett XO314

Portia and Scarlett XO314 is a long fitted halter gown built around one idea: maximum impact with minimal fuss. The deep plunge V-neckline ties at the neck in a classic halter construction, and the glitter-covered corset bodice draws every eye straight to the centre of the look. The silhouette is clean and body-skimming from shoulder to hem, with a high front slit and a floor-sweeping train that add drama without cluttering the line. XO314 is photographed in Deep Red and is also available in Bronze, Cobalt, and Gunmetal.

Fit & Silhouette

Portia and Scarlett XO314 fits close through the bust, waist, and hips — a true fitted silhouette with no flare or volume. The lace-up open back allows the fit to be adjusted after the dress arrives, which is genuinely useful if you are between sizes. Visible boning channels in the bodice hold the corset structure in place and keep everything smooth and supported all night. The high front slit starts at the thigh and allows a full stride without pulling on the skirt. The train adds length at the back hem and photographs beautifully but is short enough to move in comfortably on a dance floor.

Fabric & Detail

The base fabric is stretch satin — it has the sheen and weight of satin with enough give to move with the body. The entire bodice panel is covered in a glitter surface treatment that catches light at every angle. Ruching at the hip and waist area smooths the transition from bodice to skirt and adds a subtle shaping effect. The lace-up closure at the back runs the full length of the spine and leaves the back completely bare, which is very much a deliberate part of the design of XO314.

Key Features

Deep plunge halter V-neckline with tie at neck

Glitter-covered corset bodice with visible boning channels

Fully open lace-up back — bare from neck to waist and below

High front slit starting at the thigh

Floor-length train at the back hem

Ruching at the hip and waist

Stretch satin base fabric

Available in Bronze, Cobalt, Deep Red, Gunmetal

Style & Occasion

Portia and Scarlett XO314 is built for nights when the goal is to be the most striking person in the room. It is a natural fit for prom, where the combination of the open back, glitter bodice, and train reads as a genuine statement gown on the floor. It also works well in pageant contexts — the over-the-top embellishment of the bodice and the dramatic train give it the presence those stages call for. The deep red photographed here is bold and attention-commanding; Cobalt brings a high-fashion edge; Bronze and Gunmetal lean toward a metallic, editorial feel. Pair with strappy heeled sandals and minimal jewelry — the dress does the work.

Portia and Scarlett
00 /
