portia-and-scarlett-ps27402c
Portia and Scarlett PS27402C High-Neck Beaded Fitted Gown with High Slit

About the Dress: Portia and Scarlett PS27402C

Portia and Scarlett PS27402C is a long, fully-beaded fitted gown with a high mock-neck, prominent side waist cut-outs, a front-center high slit, and a sweep train. Every colorway — Ivory/Gold, Peacock, Pink, and Red — is covered in beading and hot-stone embellishment from the neckline all the way to the hem. This is a high-impact gown designed for occasions where being noticed is the point.

Fit & Silhouette

PS27402C fits close to the body from the shoulders through the hips, then releases into a slight flare at the train. The silhouette is fitted and sheath-like — the skirt does not kick out at the knee the way a fitted would. The high front slit opens up the stride and creates fluid movement when you walk. Side waist cut-outs sit at the natural waist on both sides, adding a sculpted, body-conscious look without altering the overall fitted line. This gown photographs beautifully in motion because the beadwork catches light with every step.

Fabric & Detail

The base of PS27402C is a mesh or sheer net layer that allows the beading and hot-stone embellishments to move with the body rather than sitting stiffly. The beading is applied top to bottom — bodice and skirt — with no plain panels or breaks in coverage. The neckline is a high mock-neck with a small keyhole cut-out at the center front throat, which gives the neckline a slightly open finish while keeping the overall look covered and structured. A sweep train trails at the hem for a formal, elongated finish on the floor.

Key Features

Fully-beaded coverage from high neck to hem across all colorways

High mock-neck with center-front keyhole detail

Prominent side waist cut-outs — a defining feature of this style

Front-center high slit for ease of movement and visual drama

Sweep train at the hem

Sleeveless construction

Available in Ivory/Gold, Peacock, Pink, and Red

Back-style confirmation pending full back-view image — note for publishing team

Style & Occasion

Portia and Scarlett PS27402C is built for prom, pageant competitions, formal galas, and evening events where a fully-embellished gown is appropriate. The over-the-top beading and the bold cut-outs place this firmly in high-glam territory — think Miss Universe stage rather than cocktail reception. It is not a wedding-guest dress. For prom, the front slit and cut-outs give it a distinctive look that separates it from heavily ruffled or ballgown silhouettes. For pageant, the all-over beading and the sweep train meet the standard for a competitive evening-gown round. Peacock is a strong choice for stage lighting. Ivory/Gold reads formal and luxe. Red and Pink both photograph with strong contrast against the embellishments. Style it with a simple strappy heel — the beadwork carries the look on its own.

Portia and Scarlett
00 /
