portia-and-scarlett-ps27105
Portia and Scarlett PS27105 Strapless Ballgown with 3D Floral Tulle Skirt

About the Dress: Portia and Scarlett PS27105

The Portia and Scarlett PS27105 is a full-length strapless ballgown built around a boned corset bodice and an enormous floral tulle skirt. The bodice is cut in a sweetheart neckline and structured with visible boning channels that hold everything securely in place without a strap in sight. The skirt is covered from hip to hem in hand-placed 3D floral appliqués across a soft tulle base, with scattered beading and glitter detail filling the space between the flowers. A front slit runs through the skirt on the Blue and Pink colorways, and the gown finishes with a sweep train. The Lilac colorway features a large satin bow at the back of the bodice. Available in Blue, Lilac, and Pink.

Fit & Silhouette

Portia and Scarlett PS27105 follows a classic a-line ballgown shape — fitted through the bodice, then releasing into a full, sweeping skirt. The boned corset bodice gives a defined, sculpted waist without needing to cinch a separate undergarment underneath. The sweetheart neckline sits across the chest in a soft curved line. Because the bodice is structured and boned, this gown runs true to size for most customers. If you are between sizes, sizing up is the safer choice — a tailor can take in the bodice, but letting it out is harder. The skirt has generous volume and moves well, which makes it comfortable to wear for a full evening.

Fabric & Detail

The skirt fabric is tulle — lightweight, layered, and full. Over that tulle base, 3D floral appliqués cover the majority of the skirt surface, meeting the 75% dominance threshold that defines the floral look of this gown. Scattered beading and glitter detail appear between the flowers, adding depth and catching the light. The bodice is lined and boned, with a satin back panel on the Lilac colorway that anchors the large back bow. A sweep train extends from the hem. The front slit on the Blue and Pink colorways is cut at the front of the dress and runs to mid-thigh level, adding a dramatic line without compromising the ballgown volume.

Key Features

Strapless sweetheart neckline with a boned corset bodice

Full a-line ballgown skirt in layered tulle

3D floral appliqués covering the majority of the skirt surface

Scattered beading and glitter detail throughout the skirt

Front slit on Blue and Pink colorways

Satin bow detail at the back on Lilac colorway

Sweep train

Available in Blue, Lilac, and Pink

Style & Occasion

Portia and Scarlett PS27105 is built for events where a full statement ballgown is the right call. It is a natural fit for prom, formal dances, evening galas, Sweet 16 celebrations, debut presentations, and pageant competitions. The over-the-top floral embellishment and dramatic train make it the kind of gown that photographs beautifully and stands out in a crowd. Choose Blue for a cool, graphic look. Lilac reads soft and romantic, especially with the satin bow detail at the back. Pink is warm and vibrant. All three colorways are equally well embellished — the choice comes down to personal preference and the color story of your group or court.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0744/9541/files/portia-and-scarlett-ps27105-lilac-01-prom-dresses-marlas-fashions.jpg?v=1793743953
