portia-and-scarlett-ps27102
Portia and Scarlett PS27102 Halter V-Neck Fitted Lace Gown with High Slit

About the Dress: Portia and Scarlett PS27102

The Portia and Scarlett PS27102 is a long halter-neck deep-V lace gown with a fitted silhouette, an open back, a front high slit, and a small satin ribbon waist belt. The bodice features a sheer illusion panel with visible vertical boning channels that hold the fit firmly in place. This is a bold, confident gown built for prom, formal galas, and evening events where you want to make a real entrance.

Fit & Silhouette

PS27102 runs fitted from the neckline straight through the hips, then fans out into a slight flare at the hem with a small train. The fit is close and contoured — it hugs the bust, waist, and hips throughout. The built-in boning in the bodice gives structure and keeps everything in line without needing additional shapewear underneath. The halter ties behind the neck, allowing some adjustment at the top. The high slit at the front gives freedom of movement and adds a dramatic leg line. If you are between sizes, size up rather than down — a gown this fitted is easier to take in than to let out.

Fabric & Detail

The gown is constructed in lace, which has a delicate surface texture across the full length. The black colorway has a glitter or shimmer quality in the lace that catches the light; the other colorways — Light Blue, Pink, Red, and Teal — appear in a matte lace finish. The sheer illusion bodice panel sits at the chest with visible boning running vertically beneath it, giving a structured, corset-style appearance. A narrow satin ribbon belt sits at the waist and adds a clean accent line between the bodice and skirt. The hem carries a small train at the back.

Key Features

Long fitted lace gown — Portia and Scarlett PS27102

Deep-V halter neckline with open back

Sheer illusion bodice panel with vertical boning channels

Front high slit for movement and drama

Small satin ribbon waist belt

Small train at the hem

Available in Black, Light Blue, Pink, Red, and Teal

Sleeveless; halter ties at the neck

Style & Occasion

Portia and Scarlett PS27102 is designed for prom, formal dances, evening galas, and events where a striking, fitted gown is the right call. The deep-V halter, open back, and high front slit make this a very bold silhouette — it suits someone who wants a gown that stands out rather than blends in. For styling, keep accessories minimal: a simple drop earring or a delicate chain works well against the open back and halter neck. Avoid chunky necklaces — the halter tie and neckline detail do the work on their own. The Black colorway gives the most dramatic, high-contrast look. Light Blue and Pink read softer and more romantic. Red and Teal are vivid options that photograph very well under event lighting. All five colorways are available; contact us if you need guidance choosing between them.

Portia and Scarlett
00 /
