portia-and-scarlett-ps27079
Portia and Scarlett PS27079 V-Neck Jersey Fitted Gown with Front Slit

About the Dress: Portia and Scarlett PS27079

The Portia and Scarlett PS27079 is a long, fitted gown covered in dense hot-stone embellishment from the neckline straight down to the hem. The stones run in structured stripes across the bodice and skirt, giving the whole dress a continuous, high-impact shine. It comes in Black/Gold and Red, and it photographs in both colorways with strong contrast and depth. This is a statement gown built for prom and pageant wear.

Fit & Silhouette

The PS27079 is cut to fit close through the bust, waist, and hips — this is a true fitted silhouette, not just a fitted bodice over a fuller skirt. The fabric is stretch jersey underneath the stone surface, so it has enough give to move with the body while keeping the contour shape throughout. A high front slit opens the skirt at center front for stride and visual impact. A short train extends at the back hem. This gown is designed to be worn fitted: if you are between sizes, size up rather than down.

Fabric & Detail

The base fabric is stretch jersey, which gives the gown its close, smooth fit. The entire surface — bodice and skirt — is covered in hot-stone rhinestone embellishment in a striped, structured layout. This is not surface beading on just the bodice; the stones run continuously from top to bottom. The combination of stretch jersey and full stone coverage means the dress holds its shape while the surface catches light from every angle. The train adds length at the back without adding volume.

Key Features

Full-length fitted silhouette in stretch jersey

Dense hot-stone rhinestone embellishment covering the entire dress

V-neckline with structured wide shoulder panels

High front center slit

Open back

Short train

Available in Black/Gold and Red

Style & Occasion

The Portia and Scarlett PS27079 is built for prom and pageant events where you want full impact from the moment you walk in. The all-over stone coverage means there is nothing understated about this gown — it reads high-glamour from across a room. The high front slit and open back are part of that look, so this dress suits someone who wants a bold, confident silhouette rather than a covered or modest one. For prom, pair it with strappy heeled sandals and minimal jewelry — the stones carry the look. For pageant, the train and full-length embellishment check every box for competition-level presentation. Black/Gold is a strong choice for evening light; Red delivers maximum color impact on stage or in photos.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0744/9541/files/portia-and-scarlett-ps27079-blackgold-01-prom-dresses-marlas-fashions.jpg?v=1793743927
