portia-and-scarlett-ps27071c
Portia and Scarlett PS27071C Beaded fitted Gown with Deep V-Neck & Train

About the Dress: Portia and Scarlett PS27071C

Portia and Scarlett PS27071C is a fully-beaded, stretch-jersey fitted gown that covers every inch of the dress in vertical stripe beading and sequin embellishment from the neckline to the sweep train. The silhouette hugs the body through the hips and knees, then fans outward into a fitted flare with a flowing train. A deep v-neckline, thick shoulder straps, and a dramatically open back define the front-to-back impact of this gown. PS27071C is available in Black/Gold, Ivory/Gold/Silver, Pink, and Red.

Fit & Silhouette

PS27071C is cut for a close, body-skimming fit through the bust, waist, hips, and thighs. The stretch-jersey base gives the fabric enough give to move with you, but this is a fitted gown — it follows every curve down to the knee before it opens into the fitted flare. The shoulder straps sit wide and flat, keeping the neckline in place all evening. The back is fully open, dropping from the shoulder straps straight down to the lower back, so plan undergarments accordingly. The sweep train adds length and drama at the hem without restricting how you walk or step. This gown works best for customers who want a sleek, second-skin silhouette with real movement at the hem.

Fabric & Detail

The foundation of PS27071C is a stretch-knit jersey body — the same construction Portia and Scarlett uses across their fitted beaded gowns. The entire outer surface is covered in beading and sequins arranged in a vertical stripe pattern that runs continuously from the bodice through to the hem on all four colorways. There is no unembellished panel: the beading goes top to bottom, front and back. The result is a dress that catches light from every angle as you move. No boning is built into the bodice — the fit comes from the jersey construction itself and the close tailoring of the pattern.

Key Features

Fully beaded and sequined surface, vertical stripe pattern, bodice to train

Stretch-jersey base for comfort and a close fit

Deep v-neckline with wide, structured shoulder straps

Dramatically open back with full back exposure

fitted silhouette — fitted through hips and knees, flaring at the hem

Sweep train

No boning; fit is jersey-construction and tailoring

Available in Black/Gold, Ivory/Gold/Silver, Pink, and Red

Style & Occasion

Portia and Scarlett PS27071C is built for high-impact formal events where the dress is meant to be the statement. It is a strong fit for prom, pageants, galas, and formal evening events where a fully-beaded, figure-forward gown is exactly right. The vertical beading pattern reads differently in each colorway: Black/Gold is graphic and high-contrast, Ivory/Gold/Silver is luminous and champagne-toned, Pink reads softer and bright under event lighting, and Red is the most dramatic of the four. Pair with a strappy heeled sandal or platform heel to work with the train length. Keep jewelry minimal — the beading does all the work. A simple clutch and a sleek updo complete the look. This is not a dress for layering; the open back and fitted silhouette are best worn exactly as styled.

Portia and Scarlett
00 /
