portia-and-scarlett-ps27017c
Portia and Scarlett PS27017C Fully Beaded V-Neck Gown with Front Slit & Train

About the Dress: Portia & Scarlett PS27017C

Portia and Scarlett PS27017C is a floor-length fitted gown covered in dense linear beading from the neckline to the hem. The deep v-neckline sits at the center front, framed by wide shoulder straps, and the entire dress — bodice and skirt — is fully beaded in a diagonal pattern that catches light with every step. A sweep train follows at the back. This is one of Portia and Scarlett's most striking long gowns, built for prom, pageant competitions, and any event where you want to walk in and be noticed.

Fit & Silhouette

PS27017C is cut in a sleek fitted silhouette that follows the body through the bust, waist, and hips. The base fabric is stretch beaded, which gives the dress its close contour and enough give to move and breathe. Diagonal draped detail runs across the stomach and hip area, which adds visual structure and is flattering across a range of body shapes. A high front slit opens at the leg, making it easier to walk and giving the silhouette its dramatic length. The back is completely open — no lacing, no straps — just clean, bare skin confirmed by the back-view photos. This is a dress designed to show confidence from every angle.

Fabric & Detail

The base of PS27017C is stretch beaded — a fabric that holds its shape under the weight of the beading while still draping smoothly against the body. The surface is covered in dense linear beadwork that runs diagonally across both the bodice and the skirt, making this a fully-beaded gown from top to bottom. The beads are closely set, so the dress reads as luminous and continuous under both natural and event lighting. A brush-length sweep train finishes the hem at the back. Wide shoulder straps keep the gown secure without interrupting the open-back design.

Key Features

Fully beaded stretch beaded construction — dense linear beading covers the entire gown

Deep v-neckline with wide shoulder straps

Diagonal draped detail across the stomach and hip area

Front high slit for ease of movement and dramatic effect

Completely open back — full skin exposure confirmed from back-view photography

Sweep train at the hem

Sleek fitted silhouette with stretch for comfort

Available in Gold, Fuchsia, Midnight, Orange, and Peacock

Style & Occasion

Portia and Scarlett PS27017C is built for high-impact moments. It is a natural choice for prom, where the fully-beaded surface and open back make it one of the most eye-catching options on the floor. It also works for pageant competitions — the bead coverage, fitted cut, and dramatic slit all fit the Miss Universe aesthetic this gown is styled after. Each colorway reads differently: Gold has a warm, award-show feel; Fuchsia is bold and high-energy; Midnight is dark and sleek; Orange is unexpected and vivid; Peacock sits between teal and emerald with a jewel-tone depth. For shoes, a strappy heeled sandal in gold or silver lets the beading lead. Keep jewelry minimal — the gown does the work. A simple ear cuff or a single bracelet is enough.

Portia and Scarlett
00 /
