If you’re looking to make a return, no problem. Returns are can be done in person or by mail. Keep in mind, gift cards, accessories, and dresses in our Sale Section are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online - Returns & Exchanges
Items must be in original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
Items can only be returned within 7 days of you receiving your dress. The 7 days start from when you receive the dress (we know from the tracking number when the dress was delivered). If you fail to ship the dress back within the 7-day period or fail to provide the return tracking number within these 7 days - you will be charged a 50% late fee.
Do note that a 10% Restocking fee is deducted for all return requests when purchased online.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale and clearance items. Dresses found in our Sale Section
What does a 7-Day return mean for my online order?
What it means is that our Returns Team should get a tracking number within the 7-Day period. This is for us to know that the item you want to return is on its way back to our warehouse. If we do not get this confirmation within 7 days, we would not be able to process your return. In this case, please enjoy the dress. Or ask our Returns Team when will we start our "Re-Sell your Dress" Division.
What is a Restocking Fee?
Return with Refund (10% Restocking fee)
Exchange (No Restocking fee), exchange can be done only once. Once exchanged, your transaction is a final sale
Example: If you buy a dress worth $100, a 10% restocking fee would mean that we would keep $10 and in case of this return (provided this is within the 7 day return policy), you will receive $360 back in your account.
How do I submit my return request for my online order?
What if I want to exchange my online order for a different Size, color or style?
Sure, within the 7-day period from you receiving the dress. You can exchange it within the 7 day period provided the returned dress is in pristine and original condition.
can i exchange more than once?
After you exchanged it once, your dress becomes a final sale. In this case, a 7-day policy will not be applicable.
