United States: All packages are shipped via UPS and will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, UPS will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. UPS will not be able to leave the package.

International: All packages are shipped via DHL and will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, DHL will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. DHL will not be able to leave the package.

RETURNS:

Refunds: Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund LESS 10% Restocking Fee and Shipping.

If you refuse an International shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties.
