1. Refunds: You will receive a refund less 10% restocking fee and shipping. 

2. Exchanges: There is no restocking fee if you want to change the color, size, or even style.  

To receive a Refund or Exchange - you must email us within 3 business days of receiving the dress for a return authorization number (RA#).
